If you are already a gym user but you would like to learn something new to mix up and increase you exercise and fitness potential then PT+ is the thing for you!
This is a system, devised on a one off basis. We do a full body analysis and I teach you many new things so you can incorporate them into your training in your own gym / house. You will also be provided with a couple of new exercise plans to follow. It takes roughly 60 – 90 minutes (although sometimes more) as I want to make sure you are happy, and confident to safely execute the new exercises you have learned.
A follow up service is provided every 6 – 8 weeks to stop your body from reaching a plateau. This ensures that your goals stay on track.
