My personal training style revolves primarily around posture, form & technique to create/maintain solid foundations & to avoid injury. Once you can activate muscles properly, the strength comes much quicker as do the results. (Weight loss/fat loss/muscle gain is achieved at a much better rate)

I incorporate a mix of cardio training, resistance work & functional training so you get a balanced workout. All sessions are tailor made & customized around you to suit your individual goals, needs, requirements and limits.

I keep you motivated to staying on track & also implement various fitness tests to measure & track your progress throughout the sessions.

It is so much more than just a trainer watching you exercise.
